I just went through all 311 sites in this. It's a pretty good directory, but it's really messy. Some sites are included multiple times, many aren't organized alphabetically and just go to the bottom of the list, and I didn't count how many were defunct or long abandoned, but it must have been dozens. This list would be way more useful if it removed all the dead sites and distinguished between BBS/textboards/imageboards so that you don't have actual chans lumped in with the BBS for some japanese sauce company or whatever.
Also, add the chans from allchans.org, some of them are missing from here.
OP here, I don't know if this shit is getting updated anytime soon (if the 4chan hack didn't make the owner remember this, I don't know what will), but I forgot to mention in this post that some of the links still up are just FILLED with CP spam (dakanya channel being the most notable, it has years worth of it). You really wanna update this before it gets taken down.
